Firefighters Sunday stopped the progress of a slow moving, approximately one-acre brush fire in Chatsworth, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 10:52 a.m. to 22400 W. Lassen St., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
Firefighters stopped the progress of the blaze at 11:37 a.m.
No structures were threatened, but there were downed wires which could impact power in the area, the fire department said. Southern California Edison and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power have been notified, according to the LAFD’s Margaret Stewart.
