A 61-year-old man with diminished mental capacity who went missing from Pico Rivera has been found, authorities said Sunday.
Fidel Celestino Hernandez was previously last seen at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the 8800 block of Whittier Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Details regarding the finding of Hernandez were not provided.
