A 69-year-old man was fatally stabbed in East Hollywood Monday evening and a suspect was arrested..
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded at approximately 9:10 p.m. to the 4600 block of Hollywood Boulevard, near Vermont Avenue, to a call of a man down.
Upon their arrival, the officers found the suspect suffering from stab wounds, LAPD Officer Tony Im told City News Service. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police took the suspect into custody shortly after the stabbing.
