A motorcyclist in his 60s was killed Wednesday in a collision with a vehicle in the south Los Angeles area.
The crash occurred about 11:45 a.m. near Jefferson Boulevard and Grand Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person.
A female motorist involved in the fatal collision remained at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
