A fire at a residence in Venice was quickly extinguished Thursday.
Firefighters were called at 1:43 a.m. to 819 E. Crestmoore Place between Oakwood and Grandview avenues, where they found the flames largely confined to the two-story home’s walls, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange said.
It took 28 firefighters 19 minutes to put out the fire.
No injuries were reported.
