Three men and three women suspected of perpetrating thefts at a Lake Elsinore business were arrested following an investigation involving Riverside County sheriff’s deputies and store security, it was announced Thursday.
The suspects — all from Lake Elsinore — were taken into custody Wednesday and booked into the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta after warrants were served at their workplace, which sheriff’s officials didn’t specify.
The business is located in the 29000 block of Central Avenue, just off of Interstate 15.
Joseph Magee Gordon, 34, was booked on suspicion of probation violations and shoplifting. Gordon posted a $50,000 bond and was released from custody Thursday.
Patrick T. Graham, 54, was booked on suspicion of conspiracy and burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Ashley McMillan, 38, was booked for narcotics-related misdemeanor warrants. No bail information was available.
Lilia N. Navarro, 57, was booked on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy and was being held on $10,000 bail.
Kellie Margarite Nelson, 41, was booked on suspicion of possession of controlled substances and possession of unlawful paraphernalia and was being held on $15,000 bail.
Robert Ruiz, 41, was booked on suspicion of identity theft, receiving stolen property, auto theft and intent to defraud. He was being held on $100,000 bail.
“Deputies partnered with loss prevention staff during the enforcement operation,” sheriff’s Sgt. Robert Thomas said. “Stolen property was recovered.”
The number and type of goods taken, their dollar value and the length of time the alleged theft ring was active were not disclosed.
