A man in his 50s was struck by a vehicle and killed in the Jefferson Park area of Los Angeles, authorities said Tuesday.
The crash occurred at 11:24 p.m. Monday in front of 2620 Arlington Ave., according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, the officer said.
