Sheriff’s officials are investigating the circumstances surrounding a house fire that occurred Saturday in Lancaster, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 10:27 a.m. Saturday to a home in the area of Gillingham Avenue and East Avenue J-3 had the fire out at 10:40 a.m., according to a captain with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“No injuries reported and it (the incident) was handed over to the sheriff’s department for investigation,” he said.
No further information was immediately available.
