The cause of a fire that damaged a home in Beverly Crest is under investigation Thursday.
The fire caused damage to a three-story home Wednesday. There were no reported injuries.
According to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange, firefighters responded to a residential fire in the 9700 block of West Oak Pass Road between Hutton and Ellison drives around 8:25 p.m. Wednesday.
“Crews advanced hose lines up the stairs and made access to the fire floor, extinguishing the flames in 52 minutes,” Prange said.
What may have sparked the fire was unclear, and a cause was under investigation.
