A man was found shot dead and another was in stable condition in the unincorporated area of Willowbrook and sheriff’s homicide detectives Saturday are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shootings.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies from the Century Station were called at approximately 11:35 p.m. Friday to the 11900 block of Willowbrook Avenue and East 119th Street where they found the victims with gunshot wounds, said homicide Lt. Michael Thomas.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics and the second man was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
