Authorities sought the public’s assistance Wednesday in locating a 71-year-old man with an unspecified mental health condition in Lancaster.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Rafael Espina was last in contact with his family in August 2023.
It was unclear where or when Espina was last seen.
Deputies described Espina as a 5-foot-10-inch Hispanic man weighing 210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Sheriff’s officials said Espina may have been trying to go Odessa, Texas.
