Police Saturday continued to investigate the death of a man who fell onto the tracks at the Westlake/MacArthur Park Metro station and was struck by a train.
Officers responded to the station around 9:20 p.m. Friday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The victim was described as a 32-year-old man, according to the LAPD’s Media Relations Division, but further details were not immediately available.
His name was being withheld by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office pending notification of relatives.
