A 86-year-old man was struck and killed by a by vehicle in Rowland Heights Monday.
The crash occurred around 5:50 a.m. at Colima and Fullerton roads and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The victim was identified as Henry Chan by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
Traffic was routed away from the area while an investigation was conducted.
