One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday on the Antelope (14) Freeway near Acton.
The crash was reported at approximately 3:56 a.m. when California Highway Patrol officers responded to the northbound freeway at Ward Road, where they found the victim, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia told City News Service.
The victim, whose name, gender and age were not immediately known, was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel.
A Sigalert issued at 4:30 a.m. closing the number one and two lanes of the northbound freeway, was canceled at 8:42 a.m., the CHP said.
