A man was killed in El Monte Tuesday evening.
El Monte Police Department officers were called to the 10500 block of Bisby Street, near Esto Avenue, at approximately 6:28 p.m. where they found the victim, said sheriff’s homicide Lt. Omar Camacho.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
