A teacher’s aide at Utt Middle School in Tustin suspected of molesting a 12-year-old girl was arrested Thursday.
Giacomo “Jack” Antonio Valdivieso-Vargas was also accused of making “sexual remarks” to two other 12-year-old girls, Tustin Police Department Lt. Matt Nunley said. He was booked on suspicion of child abuse, child annoyance and lewd or lascivious acts with a child younger than 14.
