Police reported Thursday that an 84-year-old woman suffering from Alzheimer’s disease who went missing in Costa Mesa has been found safe.
Toyoka Higa Augustus went missing from her home in the 3000 block of Nevada Avenue around 12:20 p.m. Thursday, according to the Costa Mesa Police Department.
Police did not release any details about how or where Augustus was found.
