A homeowner in Valley Village shot an intruder Monday inside his house..
Officers responded to the 11600 block of Addison Street, between Colfax Avenue and Valley Village Park, around 3:10 p.m. Monday regarding a home invasion, where the suspect was shot by the homeowner, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The details surrounding the home invasion and shooting remain limited, and the extent of the suspect’s injuries was unknown.
Detectives were continuing their investigation Monday evening.
