A suspect was arrested Tuesday evening for allegedly firing shots at police near downtown L.A.’s Fashion District.
Officers were called to San Julian and 12th streets at about 10 p.m. Tuesday regarding a shots fired call, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
LAPD Officer Rosario Cervantes told City News Service that the suspect shot at police and was quickly taken into custody.
No officers were injured in the shooting, Cervantes said.
