A 44-year-old man is scheduled to be sentenced next month for breaking into a Costa Mesa home and exposing himself to a woman, and attempting to break into another residence..
Jorge A. Henriqueztrigueros pleaded guilty Thursday to a count of burglary, a count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction, and three counts of attempted burglary, all felonies. As part of the plea deal felony counts of assault with the intent to commit a sex offense in a burglary and indecent exposure with a prior were dropped.
The defendant broke into a home on Feb. 5, 2023, and exposed himself and attempted to break into another residence to expose himself to a woman and two men, according to court records.
The defendant is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 28 in the West Justice Center in Westminster.
