An assault with a deadly weapon suspect is barricaded Friday in Littlerock.
Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department’s Palmdale Station responded at 2:30 a.m. to the 36400 block of 103rd Street East where they learned the suspect had barricaded himself, the sheriff’s department said.
Deputies contacted the department’s Special Enforcement Bureau unit, which with the sheriff’s Crisis Negotiation Team and Mental Evaluation Team arrived to negotiate a possible surrender with the suspect.
