The California Highway Patrol Sunday issued a Silver Alert for a 70-year-old man who went missing in West Covina, authorities said.
Cesar Salibay was last seen about 9 p.m. Saturday in the area of Sunset and Cameron avenues, the West Covina Police Department said.
Salibay, who was believed to be on foot, was described as a 5-foot, 1-inch tall Asian man weighing 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green shirt with an Addias logo, blue jeans, brown shoes and a blue hat.
