A man was arrested for allegedly firing shots into the air in Long Beach, authorities said Saturday.
Officers responding at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday to a “shots” call in the 6800 block of Indiana Avenue, north of the Gardena (91) Freeway, arrested a man on suspicion of negligent discharge and recovered a firearm, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
No injuries were reported.
