An 80-year-old woman was reported missing after being last seen in Gardena, authorities said Tuesday.
Agnes Marie Garcia was last seen around 9 p.m. Monday in the Gardena area and is believed to be on foot, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Garcia was described as 5-foot-6-inches tall weighing 170 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, gray skirt and pink slippers.
The CHP said Garcia was at-risk and a Silver Alert has been activated.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Garcia was urged to call 9-1-1.
