A 32-year-old woman diagnosed with an unspecified mental health disorder was reported missing after last being seen in South El Monte Friday.
Bianca Melissa Ochoa was last seen Friday in the 1700 block of Santa Anita Avenue around 11:30 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Ochoa is described as a 5-foot-2-inch Hispanic woman, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair that has blue streaks and brown eyes. She also has a facial tattoo and piercings and was last seen wearing a red shirt and dark-colored sweatpants.
