Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday morning in Long Beach, where officers recovered evidence that a shooting had occurred and no injuries were reported, authorities said.
Officers responding about 1:10 a.m. to a “shots” call in the 300 block of West 14th Street, located evidence indicating a shooting had occurred, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Suspects fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival and suspect information as well as the motive for the shooting were under investigation, police said.
