Officers recovered a handgun and arrested a suspect during a traffic stop in Long Beach, authorities said Monday.
The traffic stop occurred at about 8 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Anaheim Street, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
The suspect, who was not identified, was determined to be a prohibited possessor, police said.
