A 35-year-old woman suspected of robbing a 7-Eleven store in Manhattan Beach has been taken into custody, police said Wednesday.
Officers responded to the store in the 1200 block of Artesia Boulevard around 3:20 a.m. on Nov. 12, according to the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
An officer assigned to the Homeless Liaison/Mental Health Evaluation Team helped detectives identify Kimberly Nation as a person of interest, police said.
She was taken into custody Monday around 8:10 a.m. and booked on suspicion of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon at the Manhattan Beach Police Department jail, according to police.
