Police asked the public for help Thursday finding a missing 73-year-old man who suffers from dementia and was last seen in the city of Riverside.
Richard Fierro was last seen walking outside the Palm Inn Hotel at 10518 Magnolia Ave. sometime between 1:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. Thursday, according to the Riverside Police Department.
Fierro was described as white, 5-feet-11 inches tall and 189 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray and black hoodie sweatshirt, red T-shirt and gray sweatpants, police said.
Authorities said he tends to walk near Calvary Presbyterian Church on Magnolia Avenue, and the Galleria at Tyler shopping center. They added that adult protective services has been contacted “since Mr. Fierro habitually walks away and gets lost.”
