A collision involving four vehicles occurred Monday in Moreno Valley, requiring an ambulance and blocking multiple lanes.
The crash was reported shortly before 12:45 p.m. on the northbound 215 Freeway near Cactus Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol records.
At least two lanes were blocked following the traffic crash, with a “vehicle in the center divider requiring (a tow truck),” according to CHP records.
An ambulance was requested to the scene within minutes of the initial report, but there was no immediate information available on the number or extent of any injuries.
The circumstances of the crash remained under investigation.
