Firefighters rescued seven dogs from a contents fire inside a home in West Hills Saturday, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 11:23 a.m. Saturday to 7508 N. Royer Ave., a few blocks west of Fallbrook Avenue, had the fire out within 14 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
“Seven dogs were safely removed from the single family home without incident,” the LAFD’s Taylor Rappaport said. “No further details.”
The cause of the fire and damage estimates were not provided.
