A man was in the hospital in critical condition Monday after he was shot while sitting inside a vehicle in Historic South-Central Los Angeles.
The shooting occurred about 10:50 p.m. Sunday at 25th Street and Maple Avenue, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman.
The 21-year-old victim was sitting inside the vehicle when the suspect pulled up inside another vehicle and shot him, the spokesman said.
Paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital for treatment, he said.
