A person was shot near an elementary school in Boyle Heights Sunday.
Around 3:10 p.m. Sunday, police received reports of a shooting at East Seventh Street and Euclid Avenue, near Sunrise Elementary School, and just north of the Pomona (60) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspect was last seen driving east on Seventh in a blue or black Honda Accord, police said. He was described as a Hispanic male of unknown age, about 5 feet, 10 inches, 160 pounds.
