A man was struck by a vehicle and killed Friday morning while walking on an on-ramp to the San Bernardino (10) Freeway in Rosemead.
The fatal crash was reported at 6:35 a.m. Friday on the northbound Rosemead on-ramp to the westbound freeway, California Highway Patrol Officer Michael Nasir told City News Service.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Nasir said.
The CHP issued a Sigalert at 7:09 a.m. shutting down the on-ramp. It was canceled at 10:06 a.m.
