A 55-year-old man was shot to death and two other people were wounded during a gang-related shooting in Long Beach, authorities said Sunday.
The victim was identified as Tyrant Otee Walker of Compton, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Officers dispatched at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday to the 6800 block of Coachella Avenue regarding a shooting and located three men who had been shot. Paramedics rushed them to a hospital, where one died from his injuries. The second victim was listed in critical condition and the third was treated and released, police said.
