A 33-year-old man riding a bicycle was struck and killed by a vehicle in Santa Ana, authorities said Saturday.
The motorist driving the vehicle stayed at the crash scene and cooperated with police, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
The crash occurred at about 6:20 p.m. Friday near the area of Raitt and Myrtle streets.
The bicyclist was going southbound on Raitt Street at the time of the accident, police said. Paramedics rushed him to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
