A 30-year-old Newport Beach man made his first appearance in court Monday on charges of sexually assaulting three girls in Irvine, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa.
Jonathan Brandon AlemanHernandez, who was arrested Saturday by Newport Beach police, was charged Thursday with three counts of sexual penetration of a child older than 14 by foreign object and single counts each of rape, kidnapping to commit a sexual assault, sexual battery and attempted forcible oral copulation, all felonies.
AlemanHernandez is accused of assaulting one girl in September 2015, another girl in May 2024 and a third girl in July 2024, according to court records.
AlemanHernandez did not enter a plea at his arraignment in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana. He is scheduled to be arraigned March 20 in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
