An apparent trespasser sustained significant burn injuries on more than half of his body when he came into contact with an electrical vault at a Northridge hospital Sunday.
The Los Angeles Fire Department received a 911 call shortly before 4:50 p.m. Sunday about an approximately 30-year-old man coming into contact with a vault atop a generator at Dignity Health-Northridge Hospital Medical Center, at 18324 Cantara St., near Reseda and Roscoe boulevards, according to Margaret Stewart of the LAFD.
