A man suffered life-threatening stab wounds in Long Beach, authorities said Friday.
The stabbing was reported at about 5:15 p.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of West 16th Street at Hayes Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department. It is an industrial block near the Long Beach (710) Freeway.
Long Beach Fire Department paramedics took the victim to a hospital.
No motive or suspect information was immediately available.
