An at-risk 33-year-old man whom authorities say has been diagnosed with mental health and medical conditions, and reported missing in Long Beach Sunday was located.
Nathan Aggarwal had last been seen around 12:40 p.m. Sunday near the 100 block of Atlantic Avenue, in the downtown area, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
In an update around 8:45 p.m., the LBPD stated he had been safely located within the city. Further details were unavailable.
