Two men were able to take themselves to hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, authorities said Friday.
The men were believed wounded in a shooting reported at 11:02 p.m. Thursday in the area of East 60th Street and Atlantic Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The victims were not at the scene, but officers spotted evidence that a shooting had occurred.
That shooting was followed by two no-hit shootings.
Shots were reported fired at 11:35 p.m. in the 100 block of West 49th Street and at 11:42 p.m. in the 5200 block of Atlantic Avenue.
In the latter two cases, evidence of a shooting was located and no injuries were reported.
The LBPD did not say whether the shootings were related, but suspect information and motive were under investigation.
