An Ebony Alert is in effect Wednesday for a 16-year-old who was last seen in Pacoima.
Tyler Sargent was last seen on Gain Street and Borden Avenue at 2:45 p.m Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Miller is Black, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, has black and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray polo shirt, a black sweatshirt and black pants.
Authorities say Tyler is believed to be on foot.
Anyone who has seen Tyler or knows of his whereabouts was asked to call 911.
Ebony Alerts are issued to help find Black children, teenagers and young adults — 12 to 25 years old — who are reported missing under unexplained or suspicious circumstances or those who are at-risk, developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired or who have been abducted.
