A man found dead inside a vehicle in Baldwin Park was publicly identified Friday.
Baldwin Park police responded at 10:30 p.m. Thursday to North Larry Avenue and Nubia Street, where they found the shooting victim inside an SUV, NBC4 reported.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The man was identified as 23-year-old Gabriel Rodriguez, according to the county Medical Examiner’s office.
Video from the scene showed a SWAT vehicle near the shooting site early Friday morning. Candles were also visible near the SUV.
