A 29-year-old Santa Ana man was arrested Saturday, accused of stabbing a male victim several times during an argument in Garden Grove.
The stabbing occurred about 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the 11000 block of Walden Circle, near Katella Avenue, said Garden Grove police Sgt. Josh Olivo.
“The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he is currently in stable condition and expected to survive,” Olivo said.
Suspect Randy Van Bach was located near the scene of the argument and taken into custody, he said.
The alleged homicide attempt remained under investigation and anyone who may have witnessed the crime or has information was asked to call Detective Camara at 714-741-5824 or Garden Grove Police Department dispatch at 714-741-5704.
