An at-risk 35-year-old man diagnosed with a mental health disorder was reported missing after last being seen around sunrise Monday in Lancaster.
Joseph Alcazar was last seen on Monday in the 43000 block of Eighth Street East at around 5:30 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Alcazar was described as a 5-foot-11-inch-tall Hispanic man weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan or black and white hat, a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
