A 31-year-old man found shot to death in Palmdale was identified Monday.
The shooting occurred at about 10:40 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of East Avenue S, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon and found the victim with a gunshot wound, sheriff’s officials said.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
He was identified Monday by the county medical examiner as Keizawn Randall.
One person was detained and was questioned by investigators, the sheriff’s department said.
A possible motive was not disclosed.
