A 35-year-old man with developmental issues was reported missing early Tuesday in the Palmdale area.
Cobe Carter was last seen about 12:55 a.m. in the 38100 block of Fifth Street East, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Authorities said Carter has diminished mental capacity and is considered at-risk.
Carter is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown eyes and hair. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and blue shorts.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
