A man suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound Sunday morning in Long Beach, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched at about 2:35 a.m. Sunday to a hospital, where the victim had walked in with a gunshot wound to the lower body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
The victim was in the 4100 block of Viking Way when the shooting occurred. Officers located the crime scene but the victim was unable to provide details of the shooting, police said.
Suspect information and the motive for the shooting were under investigation.
