Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Thursday are searching for suspects in the shooting of a woman in the Florence-Graham neighborhood of South Los Angeles.
Deputies from the LASD’s were called at around 12:50 a.m. Thursday to a parking lot near the intersection of Florence and Holmes avenues regarding a shooting. When they arrived, deputies found the victim with at least one gunshot wound, ABC7 reported. The woman was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
According to reports from the scene, investigators located what appeared to be a shell casing near a white sedan. Video from ABC7 showed most of the car’s windows shattered.
There was no suspect description.
