Tustin police were investigating the shooting death of a woman Friday.
Police were called at 5:22 a.m. Friday to a home in the 13000 block of Tustin East Drive, where the unidentified woman sustained gunshot wounds, according to Tustin police.
Police did not release any further details and were exploring every possibility for what prompted the shooting, Tustin police Lt. Sarah Fetterling said.
The victim was taken to Orange County Global Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead.
